Small Info Cards - Printable
I finally had the time to make a smaller info card. Next I may try my hand at double-sided cards, but not tonight. These are standard business card size so they're easy to carry and distribute without attracting a bunch of attention. Leave one in the credit card slot at ATMs or gas pumps, in books, magazines, in diaper bag pockets on store shelves, etc.
Go HERE for the printable version that gives you 12 cards to a page.

Making It Stick
Coming up with good places to put info cards/fliers/messages isn't hard. Hell, just about anywhere will do! The trick, I've found, is getting them to stay put. There often isn't a good place to tuck an info card or flier. A number of times I'd find something that looked ideal and only end up with a bent up card and no results. Frustrating to say the least!
Stickers concern me because I don't want to leave residue that messes up something or makes someone angry.
Post-its are awesome, but sometimes I don't have time or available hands or a pen to jot down a quick message....or at least one that is readable (juggling 2 kids and trying to write neatly while out in public....and NOT attracting massive amounts of attention....yeah, let me know when you figure that one out!). Plus, I prefer the look of printed cards instead of handwritten notes. More professional. More impact (in my opinion).
So. Options? I have found some.

- Print labels, then stick them to Post-its instead of directly on the surface of whatever you're sticking it to.
- Print directly onto Post-Its with this handy template via Pinterest
- Restickable Glue Dots (found at most craft stores)
- DIY restickable dots using Aleene's Tack-It Over & Over and a CD case via Pinterest (I purchased the glue with a 40% off coupon at Michaels)
- Scotch Removeable Poster Tape (found in most stores such as Target, Walmart, etc.)
- A craft glue stick (Won't hurt glass or metal. This is how I attach Waldorf paper stars to my windows/doors. Residue wipes off easily with window cleaner.)

DIY Intactivism Kit
The above photo is of my Guerrilla Intactavism kit that lives in my purse at all times.
Post-It notes in a bright color
pens and/or markers to write with
and, my personal favorite, WASHABLE dry-erase markers!
Just toss these items in a plastic bag or makeup bag (I found a zipper pouch CHEAP at Target) and there you go! I leave messages via dry-erase marker or Post-it in every bathroom I visit, on every gas pump I use, and just about anywhere else I can think of to leave them! I will be posting about more location ideas in the near future. :)
Sidewalk Intactivism
To the right is a photo of the sidewalk across the street from my house. It's heavily trafficed with people walking to and from the bus stop on the corner as well as cyclist, dog-walkers, and joggers going to and from the park.
Let's face it, people are curious...even nosy. We see something written in brightly colored chalk at our feet? We'll read it. In the days following I would watch as people would slow down, perhaps pause, and even back up just to read what was written. And you know something talking about babies dying would get their attention!
So, grab your kid's sidewalk chalk and pick a nice public walkway to spread the message!
A few tips -
"More than 117 babies DIE each year in the US from circumcision"
"HIS body. HIS choice!"
"Whose body? Whose rights?"
"Female circumcision = MUTILATION
Male circumcision = okay?"
"His penis? HIS decision!"
"Bring your WHOLE baby home!"
And of course I like to leave a link to more information....my link of choice being WHOLEnetwork.org. :)

A few tips -
- Wet chalk or chalk on a wet surface is not only easier to work with, but also lasts longer and shows up better. Just dip chalk in a cup of warm water for a few seconds before you start writing and dip again as needed.
- Another option is sidewalk chalk paint. It's cheap and easy to make (out of cornstarch, of all things!) and lets you write on rough patches of sidewalk more easily than with sticks of chalk.
